Discreet by default, not on request
Every order ships in an unbranded outer mailer. There is no product description on the label, no logo, and nothing on the outside that identifies what is inside or who it is from.
- Sender name on the label: [MLR Fulfilment]
- Your card or bank statement will show: [MLR Intimates]
We do this on every order, so you never have to ask for it. If you are shipping to a workplace or a shared address, nothing about the parcel gives it away.
Rates and times
| Method | Cost | Arrives in |
|---|---|---|
| Standard, tracked | $[X] — free over $75 | [3–6] business days |
| Expedited | $[X] | [2–3] business days |
Business days exclude weekends and US public holidays. Times are from dispatch, not from order.
Dispatch
Orders placed before [2pm ET] on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after that, or at a weekend, go out the next business day.
You will get a tracking number by email as soon as the label is created. Tracking usually starts updating within [24] hours — if it has not moved after [3] business days, message us and we will chase the carrier.
Where we ship
Currently [the United States only]. [If you are outside the US and want something from the edit, message us — we will tell you honestly whether we can get it to you and what it costs.]
[If/when international launches, add: duties and import taxes are the recipient’s responsibility unless stated at checkout. Delivered-duty-paid is available for [countries].]
If something goes wrong
Marked delivered but not there. Check with neighbours and around the property first, then message us. We will open a carrier trace. If it does not turn up, we will replace or refund — we do not leave you arguing with the carrier alone.
Damaged in transit. Send us a photo of the parcel and the item within [7] days of delivery and we will replace it at no cost.
Wrong address. Message us immediately. If the label has not been created we can change it. Once it is dispatched we cannot redirect, and a parcel returned to us as undeliverable will be refunded minus the original shipping.
Ordering for a date
If you are ordering for an anniversary, a honeymoon or a trip, order at least [10] days ahead on standard shipping. If the date is tighter than that, message us before you order and we will tell you honestly whether it will make it. We would rather say no than take the order and miss it.
Notes for you — delete before publishing
Why “discreet by default” leads the page. For this category it is a purchase blocker, not a nice-to-have. Most competitors bury it in an FAQ or offer it as a checkout option; putting it first and unconditional removes the doubt before the customer has to look for it.
The statement descriptor is a real setup step. In Stripe: Settings → Business → Public details → statement descriptor. Set it to MLR INTIMATES (Stripe uppercases and caps length — check what actually renders). If you promise it on this page and the customer sees MIRELORA LINGERIE on their statement, that is a broken promise on the most sensitive detail you have.
Free shipping threshold. $75 sits just above your $42–68 core price band, so it pushes a second item or an upgrade to the $89 set. Do not lower it below $65 or it stops doing any work.
The “ordering for a date” section is a returns-prevention tool. Honeymoon and anniversary orders are your highest-emotion, highest-complaint segment. Setting the expectation in advance converts a would-be angry email into a pre-purchase decision.
Do not publish transit times you have not tested. Ship five test orders to different regions first and use the slowest. An under-promised delivery date costs you nothing; an over-promised one costs you the customer.
Prerequisites:
- Unbranded mailers actually sourced and in stock.
- Statement descriptor set in Stripe and verified on a real test charge.
- Carrier account with tracking that pushes to WooCommerce.
- A decision on who pays when a carrier loses a parcel — build the cost into your margin now rather than deciding case by case later.
