Measured, not modelled
Every photo is shot on a plus-size fit model whose measurements we publish. You compare her numbers to yours instead of trusting a stranger's "runs small."
Sample-checked before it lists
Nothing goes live until we've had it in hand, measured it flat and stretched, and recorded the fabric weight and stretch level.
The exchange carries the risk
A new brand asking for trust should absorb the sizing risk. Free size exchange on your first order, both directions.

When they arrive, every verified review is published as written — including the ones about fit we got wrong.

The fit record
Four numbers beat a hundred reviews.
A review tells you what fit someone else. A fit record tells you what the garment measures and who is standing in it — which is the part you were actually trying to work out.
Her measurements
Height, bust, waist and hip in inches and centimetres, on every product page.
The size on her body
Not "model wears S" — the exact size, so you can read the photo correctly.
Stretch level
Low, medium or high, measured on the sample. High stretch tolerates a 3–4 inch difference.
Where it adjusts
Straps, back closures, waist ties and band hooks, listed by garment.
Who is behind this
I got tired of ordering my size and receiving someone else's.
I started Mirelora because plus-size lingerie online is still mostly standard patterns scaled up, photographed on a straight-size model, and sold with a size chart nobody verified. We work the other way round: sample first, measure it, publish the numbers, then decide whether it deserves to be listed. If a piece doesn’t fit the way the record says, write to me directly and I’ll fix it.

Before you order
The rules, stated plainly.
Intimates have hygiene limits that every honest retailer has to apply. We would rather you read them now than discover them at return time.
Size exchange, 30 days
Wrong size? Request an exchange within 30 days of delivery and we cover the outbound shipping on the replacement. First order, both directions covered.
What we can accept
Unworn, unwashed, original tags attached and the hygiene liner in place. Try over your own underwear. Bottoms and hosiery can't be returned once the liner is removed.
If it's our error
Wrong item, a fault, or measurements that don't match the published fit record — we refund in full and you keep or discard the piece. No return shipping.
